This Refund Policy applies to all registrations for the So Beautified Lagos Summer Braiding Camp. By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy in full.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including but not limited to illness, travel, personal conflicts, scheduling changes, or change of mind.
We do not accept cancellation requests after payment has been made. Your registration fee secures your child's spot in the selected batch and covers all materials, tools, and supplies for the full four-week programme.
If your child is unable to attend their registered batch, you may request a transfer to the next available batch. Batch transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
To request a batch transfer, contact us as early as possible at support@bossmadambeauty.com. Requests made less than 7 days before the batch start date may not be accommodated.
A batch transfer is a one-time courtesy and does not constitute a refund or credit of any kind.
In the unlikely event that So Beautified Lagos cancels a batch due to circumstances beyond our control, registered participants will be offered either a transfer to the next available batch or a full refund of the amount paid.
So Beautified Lagos is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by parents or guardians in connection with a cancelled batch, including transportation or childcare costs.
If a participant is removed from the camp due to conduct that is deemed disruptive or harmful to others, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the programme.
