Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for the So Beautified Lagos Summer Braiding Camp. By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
The So Beautified Lagos Summer Braiding Camp is a skills programme organised by So Beautified Lagos, located in Lekki, Lagos. The camp is designed for children between the ages of 8 and 16 and runs across two batches:
Both batches cover the same full four-week curriculum.
Registration is open to children between the ages of 8 and 16. By registering, the parent or guardian confirms that the child meets this age requirement.
Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Incomplete payments will not secure a spot in any batch.
Spots are limited per batch. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed until payment is completed and confirmed.
The following fees apply for the 2026 Summer Braiding Camp:
All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Accepted payment methods include debit or credit card and bank transfer.
All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of all camp materials, tools, and supplies required during the programme.
All registrations are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances once payment has been completed and confirmed.
If a registered child is unable to attend their selected batch, the parent or guardian may request a transfer of the spot to the next available batch, subject to availability and prior written notice. Batch transfers are not guaranteed and must be requested as early as possible by contacting us at support@bossmadambeauty.com.
No cash or online refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel, personal conflicts, or change of mind.
So Beautified Lagos reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the camp schedule, activities, or curriculum content where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered parents in advance.
The curriculum covers four weeks of progressive braiding instruction from foundational techniques to advanced styles. Full details are available on the camp registration page.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child attends camp punctually. While we accommodate missed sessions where possible, we cannot guarantee that missed content will be retaught individually.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants. So Beautified Lagos reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or harmful, without any refund.
The safety and wellbeing of all participants is our priority. Parents must provide their child's name, age, any known allergies or medical conditions, and an emergency contact number at the time of registration. This information is collected through the registration form and used solely to ensure appropriate arrangements are made during the camp.
So Beautified Lagos is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of personal property that occurs during the camp, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
Camp activities may be photographed or recorded for use on So Beautified Lagos social media pages and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your child to appear in any such content, please notify us in writing before the camp begins.
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of administering the camp and communicating with parents and guardians. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to your registration or participation in the camp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
